MYO BLITZ

So yesterday i used MYO BLITZ, and my thoughts on it are simply terrible. There was no flux in energy like when i took Jack3d for the first time. If i was to rate it out 10 i would have to give it a 4, due to the emptiness i felt while working out. However the flavour was just amazing i had watermelon rage, unlike other pre-workouts it was a much more subtle taste and didn't leave you wanting to vomit out your organs. Overall it didn't encourage my workout although the taste was good, but saying that the taste doesn't really matter.

pre workout

Just wondering if people would like some in depth view of pre-workouts, iv used plenty in the past 3 years and they have there pros and cons, let me know what you guys think. As for todays workout i used a new, well fairly new pre workout called "MYO-BLITZ". By Ronnie Colemans signature series.

LEGS LEGS LEGS

Todays legs day, favourite time of the week. Each exercise will be 5 sets not including the first exercises warm up set.

1) Squats (20kg to 110kg of 6 to 10 reps)
2) Stiff Legs (40kg to 60kg of 8 to 10 reps)
3) Calve Raises (15 to 20 reps)
4) Incline Leg Press ( 100kg to 300kg of 10 to 15 reps)
5 )Lunges ( I dont calculate steps i just go to a set distance, i.e. from one wall to the other)

Regarding the weights, there just my guideline i use, and be sure to incorporate some of these exercises into your own workout.

Ahh looking forward to this today, its been a few weeks since iv been able to really get back to normal when doing legs due to my knee, but now its feeling better then ever. ill post a picture or video when i get there today.

Enjoy.

Incline Chest

Worked on incline chest to further build the muscles on my chest, the exercises on the third set were each a drop set.

1) 80 degree bench 3 sets (60 to 80kg)
2) 70 degree bench 3 sets (60 to 80kg)
3) 45 degree bench 3 sets (20 to 45kg)
4) 45 degree flys 3 sets (10kg to 22kg) Drop set on each set
5) Incline flys 3 sets cables ( 8 to 15kg)

This workout was fairly new to me, felt burns on each drop set, which is obviously good. Recommend anyone to try it at whatever weight.

Feel free to ask for any more information on the workout.

Start of a fresh new page

This page is just for individuals to talk about there workouts, there gains, ask for help and so on so leave criticism out of it please, unless of course its constructive.
